Sensory Friendly Haircuts
Haircuts can be challenging for any child, especially children with Autism. Most individuals with Autism have a hard time with Sensory processing while getting their hair cut. The Noise, the feel of clippers, sitting still for long periods of time are all really hard for them. We create an environment that is sensory friendly and provide on site Behavioral technicians to assist in accomplishing a successful haircut. We allow a generous time frame and our Hair stylists and Barbers all have experience working with Individuals with Autism and understand the patience and special requirements they need.
